Do I have to put down a safety deposit when renting a trailer?

 Yes, a $500.00 damage deposit is needed at the time of drop off of the Just Chill Trailer. At the time of pick up the inside of the trailer must be cleaned and emptied out, or a $100.00 portion of the deposit is kept as a cleaning fee otherwise the deposit is fully refundable. As well a 20% deposit (before taxes) is required to hold the trailer for your event.

How long does the set up take for the trailer?

Trailer set up is quick and easy, 20-40 minutes depending on location for our event. All we need is a relatively flat location within 50' of the power outlet needed to operate the Just Chill Trailer.

Is there a cancellation fee if I decide last minute that I don’t need the trailer anymore?

The 20% deposit if fully refundable if notification is given more than 7 days prior to your event, if your reservation is cancelled 7 days or less prior to your event the deposit is non-refundable.

Do you have generators available to also rent when I rent the trailer? Is this an additional cost?

Yes we have an inverter generator that will operate the Just Chill Trailer if power is unavailable at your event. Cost is $50.00 per day extra and the customer is responsible for supplying the fuel to operate.

What electrical requirements are needed to operate the Just Chill Trailer?

All our Just Chill Trailers plug in to any 115 volt 15 amp standard receptacle outlet, we supply a 50' power cord, it simply plugs in and starts cooling.

What if the Just Chill Trailer stops working during our event?

No worries, not only are our trailers checked out before each and every delivery by a certified refrigeration mechanic, we also start them up and ensure they cooling properly before we leave. In the unlikely event that there is a problem during your event, contact us 24/7 and we can have you back up and running the same day.

What size do the trailers come in?

The trailers are 7 x 12 and 5 x 8 and both have keg taps.  The larger trailer has sliding glass doors for easy access.
